Office Closure

This is a final reminder that Monday March 30th (9am to 2pm) will be the last day Advanced Optometry will be open for dispensing. 

The governor has issued a Safer at Home order for all residents of California. https://corona-virus.la/faq As a healthcare facility, we will have emergency lines available during this time for possible telehealth appointments and in office visits if necessary. The CDC (https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/healthcare-facilities/index.html) has requested that all routine dental and vision exams be postponed. The target re-open date of May 1st remains tentative based on orders of the governor and the CDC. Please note that this date may change and any currently rescheduled appointments may need to be moved based on day to day reports. Thank you for your flexibility. 

Services available between April1st and May 1st: Our Westlake Village office manager will be checking messages during this time period for emergent calls. Phone messages will be checked between 9a-12p. Please leave any messages on our phone line at 805-379-1555. Emails to advancedoptometrics@gmail.com will be checked frequently for urgent eye related matters and your call will be returned promptly.

Contacts: We will still be able to fulfill direct shipping and orders of contact lenses. To order contacts please email info@advancedoptometrics.com or text/call 310-869-4533. We will extend prescriptions expired within 6 months. 

Glasses: If you have purchased eyewear from us, we have the capability to directly ship your glasses to your home during this ‘safer at home’ order.
